Our Solution
Our solution was to place IoT tracking devices on the Assets. We provided alerts for WWT that showed any mishandling outside of preset parameters, if the item would not arrive on time and where it was at if the carrier claimed it as lost.
The Benefit
WWT no longer had installation providers sitting on standby waiting for the assets to arrive. End2End was able to identify where damages were incurred along the route, therefore determining who would have been in possession of it to hold accountable for replacement costs and no longer lose the assets altogether.
